Ingredients
- Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- Filling:
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups icing sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pineapple Layer:
- 1 can of crushed pineapple, drained (about 1 cup)
- Whipped Cream Topping:
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Spray an 8 X 8 pan lightly with cooking spray. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and butter until well combined and crumbly. Press into prepared pan.
