Ingredients

  • 10 Large Idaho Potatoes
  • 1/2 lb Bacon
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 1 Large can of Evaporated Milk
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Salt
  • 4 Large Graham Crackers
  • 5 Eggs
  • 1 Stick of Butter

Preparation

Step 1

Chop Onions and Bacon, fry lowly in butter.

While frying, peel and grate potatoes, fine side of grater.

As you grate, pour evaporated milk on potatoes.

Beat eggs in bowl, smash graham crackers, then mix all ingredients.

Butter 9x13 glass pan lightly.
Bake first 1/2 hour at 400 degrees, then 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
