Strawberry Bread

Ingredients

• 3 c flour
• 2 c sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp soda
• 2 10-oz pkgs frozen strawberries, thawed (save 1/2 c juice)
• 1 1/2 c Crisco oil
• 4 eggs, beaten
• 1 tsp red food coloring
• 12 c chopped pecans
• Spread
• 1 8-oz pkg cream cheese
• 1/2 c strawberry juice

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

Bake in 2 loaf pans that have been sprayed with Pam.

Fill pans 2/3 full and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.

Combine cream cheese and strawberry juice and use as a spread on the bread.
