Ingredients

  • Pastry:
  • 3 C flour
  • 1/2 C water
  • 1/2 C cream
  • 1 t salt
  • Meat Filling:
  • 1 1/2 -2 # lean hamburger
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper
  • finely chopped onion
  • garlic (1/2 t garlic salt)

Preparation

Step 1

Pastry:
Mix ingredients. Let sit in refrigerator for short time. Roll into walnut size pieces and then roll into circles.

Meat: Mix ingredients together and put filling on 1/2 of pastry. Seal and deep fry til golden brown.
