Slow Cooker Steak Strips

Ingredients

  • 2 # thinly sliced round steak (cut in 1 inch strips)
  • 1 medium clove garlic (or dry garlic)
  • 2 t soy cauce
  • 1- 13 oz can beef broth
  • 1 large green pepper (can substitute broccoli)
  • 4 T tapioca
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 pkg brown gravy mix

Preparation

Step 1

Place steak pieces, garlic and beef broth in crock pot and add soy cauce, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 3 1/2 - 4 hours. Increase heat to high. Add green pepper and tapioca. Mix brown gravy mix with small amount of cold water to dissolve and add to pot. Stir and cover. Simmer 30 minutes. Keep warm until served. Serve over rice.
