Ingredients
- 2 lbs frozen hash browns
- 2 c sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cube melted butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp minced onion
- 2 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 c crushed corn flakes

Preparation
Step 1
Save corn flakes for topping.
Save cheese and place on top of casserole during the last 20 minutes of baking.
Mix all other ingredients together.
Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
