ALMOND CRISP

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 1/2 c flour
  • 1 c blanched whole almonds (in a little flour)
  • 1 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

Step 1

Bake in prepared loaf pan 300 degrees 45-50 min.

Slice PAPER THIN while hot (cool no more than 5 min,

preferably 2-3 min)
