Lemon Cheese Bars

Ingredients

  • Crust and topping:
  • 1 pkg lemon cake mix
  • 1/3 C oil
  • 1 large egg
  • Topping:
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/3 C sugar
  • 1 large egg or 2 small eggs
  • 2 T lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Mix crust ingredients together. Reserve 3/4 C and spread rest in 9x13" pan. Bake crust at 350 degrees for 13-14- minutes.

Topping:
Beat cream cheese, add 1/3 C sugar, egg and lemon juice. Beat til combined. SPread filling on top of hot baked crust. Sprinkle reserved 3/4 C mix on top. Bake 14-15 minutes. Cool and cut.
