Ingredients
- First Layer:
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1/2 Cup Margarine
- 1/2 Cup Nuts
- Second Layer:
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Cream, more is good (or 16 oz. Cool Whip)
- 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
- Third Layer:
- 2 Pkg. Instant Lemon Pudding
- 3 Cups Milk

Preparation
Step 1
Mix first layer. Pat into cake pan and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes; cool.
Mix second layer and put on top of crust.
Third Layer: Mix pudding with milk and pour over cream cheese layer.
Top with Cool Whip and serve,
