Ingredients
- 1 cucumbers
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
- (or garlic powder)
- dill & lemon juice to taste
Preparation
Step 1
1. Peel the cucumber(s) and cut in half lengthwise.
2. Scoop out the seeds. Cut the cucumber into 1/4-inch dice.
3. Stir all ingredients together in a bowl – all ingredients are adjustable to your taste. Salt and pepper to taste. Let stand in the fridge for a little while. Try to use soon after making and this is best eaten the day made.
