- 8 oz bittersweet chocolate, broken into small pieces
- 1/2 tsp vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup roughly chopped unsalted roasted almonds
- Flaked sea salt, such as
- Maldon, for sprinkling
> Place chocolate in a bowl and microwave 1 minute. Let sit 5 minutes.
> Add vegetable oil and stir until smooth.
If necessary, return to microwave for 10-second intervals until smooth.
Stir in three-quarters of the almonds.
>Pour onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread evenly. Sprinkle with remaining almonds and salt. Freeze until firm. Break into pieces and serve. Store any leftovers in freezer.
