Ingredients

  • 8

    oz bittersweet chocolate, broken into small pieces

  • 1/2

    tsp vegetable oil

  • 1/3

    cup roughly chopped unsalted roasted almonds

  • Flaked sea salt, such as

  • Maldon, for sprinkling

Directions

> Place chocolate in a bowl and microwave 1 minute. Let sit 5 minutes. > Add vegetable oil and stir until smooth. If necessary, return to microwave for 10-second intervals until smooth. Stir in three-quarters of the almonds. >Pour onto a parchment­-lined baking sheet and spread evenly. Sprinkle with remaining almonds and salt. Freeze until firm. Break into pieces and serve. Store any leftovers in freezer. Makes 8 servings. Each serving: 178 cal, 15 g fat (7 g saturated). 4 g protein, 14 g carb, 8 g sugar, 4 g fiber, 145 mg sodium, 0 mg cholesterol
