Spicy Orange Beef with Vegetables

Ingredients
- 3/4 lb beef strips
- 2 T cornstarch
- 2 tsp grated orange rind
- 1/2 c beef broth
- 1/4 c OJ
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 T sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp chili sauce or 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 4 tsp canola oil
- 1 T fresh minced ginger
- 1/4 lb green beans
- 1 red pepper cut in strips
- 1 carrot cut in strips

Preparation
Step 1
combine beef, 1 T cornstarch and orange rind in bowl. toss well. combine 1 T cornstarch broth OJ soy sauce sugar and chili in bowl. heat wok over med high heat add oil then add beef. stir fry till cooked. put on plate. fry ginger 10 sec. add veggies. fry 2-3 minutes. add broth mix and cook. stir constantly till mix boils and thickens. add beef and cook till hot.
