Holiday Cheese Truffles

Roll in one of the following:

finely chopped planters nuts
kraft shredded sharp cheddar cheese
paprika,
sesame seeds,
chopped fresh parsley

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg (8oz each) cream cheese softened
  • 1 pkg (8oz) Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • dash ground red pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted red pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • crackers

Preparation

Step 1

beat cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, and ground red pepper until well blended. Divide in half. Add roasted red peppers to one half and green onion to the other half; mix each half until well blended. cover and refigerate at least 2-3 hours before forming.
