Banana-Dijon Grilled Shrimp

  • 1/2 cup mashed banana
  • 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 8 ounces fat-free yogurt
  • 1 1/2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined

1. Combine banana-yogurt. Marinate shrimp 30 mins.
