Taco Meatball Skewers

Ingredients

• 1 pound ground turkey
• 2 Tbls taco seasoning
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 package Pillsbury biscuits

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a bowl combine ground turkey, taco seasoning and cheddar cheese. Mix well. Form into 1 inch meatballs.
Open biscuits. Using a scissors cut the biscuit in a spiral motion, so it forms a straight line.

Thread biscuits and meatballs onto a skewer. Place on a baking sheet. Bake for 13-17 minutes until meatballs are cooked through, and the biscuits are golden brown.
Remove from oven and serve with guacamole or your favorite salsa.
