Ingredients
- 2 medium Idaho Potatoes
- 1 1 oz. envelope Dry Ranch Mix
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs (very fine)
- 2 egg whites
Preparation
Step 1
Slice your potatoes into evenly cut french fries and set aside.
Put the 2 egg whites into a medium sized bowl. Drop the fries into the egg whites and mix around to thoroughly coat them.
In a large plastic bag, mix the dry Ranch mix and the bread crumbs together. Drop the fries into the plastic bag and thoroughly coat the fries with the mixture.
Place the coated fries on a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven at 400° F for 40 minutes.
