Pot Roast

Ingredients

  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 pouch dry onion soup
  • 6 small red potatoes cut in half
  • 6 medium carrots, cut in small round slices
  • 3 - 3/12 pound boneless beef bottom round roast

Preparation

Step 1

1. Stir the soup, onion soup mix, potatoes, &
carrots into the crock pot
2. Add the beef and turn to coat
3. Cover & cook on low for 8 - 9 hours until beef
is fork tender
