Ingredients

  • 2 POUDS GROUND BEEF COOKED AND DRAINED
  • 1 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER
  • 1/2 SMALL ONION
  • 1 12 OUNCE CAN TOMATO PASTE
  • 1 1/2 CUPS WATER
  • 1/2 TEASPOON ROSEMARY
  • 1 LARGE CONTAINER SMALL CURD COTTAGE CHEESE
  • 1 BAG SHREDDED MOZZERELLA CHEESE

Preparation

Step 1

1. COOK AND DRAIN GROUND BEEF, ONION AND GARLIC POWDER

2. ADD TOMATO PASTE, WATER AND ROSEMARY TO GROUND BEEF.

3. IN SKILLET OR SAUCEPAN SIMMER 30 MINUTES.

4. COOK NOODLES JUST BEFORE LAYERING

5. LAYER IN ORDER:
1. MEAT SAUCE
2. NOODLES
3. COTTAGE CHEESE
4. SHREDDED CHEESE
REPEAT LAYERS ONE MORE TIME

BAKE AT 350 45 MINUTES COVER WITH FOIL IF GETTING TO BROWN ON TOP

REMOVE FRPM OVEN AND LET SET 20 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING
