Ingredients
- 2 pounds red potatoes, quartered
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- pepper, lots
- rosemary, lots
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place potatoes in skillet. Add water to go 2/3 up potatoes. Add olive oil-s&p. Bring to boil. Cook until water evaporates, turning potatoes often, 15-18 mins.
2. Increase heat and saute 5-10 mins. Season.
