Ingredients
- 12 ounces Brie (8-12 oz)
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 1 1/2 tablespoons minced ginger
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 3" cinnamon stick
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine all but brie, bring to a boil, let boil 1 min. Remove cinnamon, cover and refrigerate chutney 30-45 mins.
2. Heat oven to 350.
3. Bake brie on ungreased baking sheet 10-12 mins, or until soft. Top with cold chutney.
Notes: Delicious. Not as good as the raspberry recipe I love, but a nice recipe and very easy.
