Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. water

Preparation

Step 1

Blend together in blender, scraping flour off sides. Refrigerate.
Add 1 tsp. of water and blend again.
Spray tins, put 1/4 tsp. of shortening in each tin. Melt until light brown. Pour batter in.
Bake at 415F for 20min.
