Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 heaping Tbsp. powdered milk (or 2 %)
- 1 Tbsp. yeast (breadmaker)
- 3 Tbsp. Tenderflake shortening
Preparation
Step 1
Mix on dough cycle. About 2 hours until risen. Shape into buns, let rise in oven for 30-45 min. Bake at 350F for 15 min. or so.
