Buns made in a breadmaker

Ingredients

  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. powdered milk (or 2 %)
  • 1 Tbsp. yeast (breadmaker)
  • 3 Tbsp. Tenderflake shortening

Preparation

Step 1

Mix on dough cycle. About 2 hours until risen. Shape into buns, let rise in oven for 30-45 min. Bake at 350F for 15 min. or so.
