Ingredients
- 3 cooked chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 2 1/2 tsp.oil
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 2 med.carrots, chopped
- 2 celery ribs, chopped
- 1 can corn
- 2 cans potato soup
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 tsp. dillweed
- 1 c. frozen peas
- 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
Step 1
In slow cooker, or stock pot combine the chicken, onion, carrots, celery and corn.
In a small bowl whisk the soups, broth, and dill together. Stir into slow cooker. Cover, cook on low 4 hours. Stir in peas and milk. Cover and cook 30 min. longer or until heated thru.
