Ingredients
- 3 1/2 c. peeled, diced potatoes
- 1/3 c. diced celery
- 1/3 c. fine chopped onion
- 3/4 c. diced ham
- 3 1/4 c. water
- Stir in 2 Tbsp. chicken bouillon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 5 Tbsp. margarine
- 5 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
Preparation
Step 1
Combine and boil the first 5 ingred. for 10-15 min. on med. until potatoes are cooked.
Stir in the bouillon and S&P.
In another pot, melt butter, whisk in flour until thick (4-5 min.) Stir into ham mixture. Heat thru. Sprinkle with cheese top before serving.
