Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Quick cooking rolled oats
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- Combine in mixing bowl. mix until crumbly
- with electric mixer on low speed. Press into
- in greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
- 1 lb. pumpkin
- 13 1/2 oz evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cut sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- combine above in mixing bowl. Beat well, pour onto crust.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cut brown sugar
- 2 T. butter
- Combine and sprinkle over pumpkin filling.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until filling is set.
- Cool in pan and cut in 2 inch squares. Makes 2 dozen.
