Breadalbane's Potatoes

Ingredients

• Baking potatoes
• 250 ml. sour cream
• 5 green onions chopped
• 1/4 to 1/2 cup butter
• Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Bake potatoes in oven (Start in microwave but finish in oven)
Cut off top and scoop insides
Add butter ( quite a bit --1/4 to 1/2 cup)
Add chopped green onions ( 4 to 5 )
Add sour cream ( at least 250 ml.)
Add a little bit of milk
Add salt and lots of pepper
Mash pototoes by hand and mix with a beater.
