Ingredients

• 1 mushroom bullion
• 2 beef bullion
• 1/4 cup apple cider vinagar
• 2 onion, chopped
• 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
• 2 tablespoons sea salt
• 1 tablespoon garlic
• 1 pot roast

Preparation

Step 1

Brown the roast in a little bit of oil. Place all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer with a lid until meat is tender.
