Marinated Artichoke Hearts

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup wine vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp dried parsley flakes
  • 1/8 tsp whole basil
  • 1/8 tsp dried whole oregano
  • 1/8 tsp dried whole marjoram
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly and shake vigorously. Place artichokes in a sisgle layer in a shallow dish. Drizzle marinade over artichokes. Cover and chill at least 8 hours. Drain before serving.
