Hoison-Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 2 (12 ounce) Pork tenderloins, trimmed
- salt and pepper
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup hoison sauce
- 1 tlb. brown sugar
- 1 tlb ketchup
- 2 teas soy sauce
- 1 tlb vegetable oil
- 2 scallions, sliced thin on a bias
- 1 tea sesame seeds, toasted

Preparation
Step 1
POUND tenderloins between two sheets of plastic wrap until 1 inch thick
Pat tenderloins dry and season with salt and pepper
COMBINE
broth, hoisin sauce, sugar, ketchup and soy sauce in a small bowl
HEAT oil over medium heat until shimmering
BROWN tenderloin for 7 minutes, flip and repeat for another 7 minutes (Meat should register 140*)
ADD sauce mixture ans simmer for 5 minutes, turning meat often
REMOVE heat from skillet and let meat sit for 5 minutes in sauce
SLICE 1/2 inch slices and serve drizzled with sauce, scallions and sesame seeds
