- 4 C flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 C lukewarm water
- 1 T sugar
- 2 tsp yeast

Preparation
Step 1
in bowl mix flour and salt.
in separate bowl dissolve sugar in water. sprinkle yeast over top and let it sit 10-15 minutes till foamy. gently stir. add to flour bowl.
spread dough into greased 9x13 dish, dimple surface and drizzle with 2 T olive oil and sprinkle surface with rosemary and sea salt. let rise 20-30 minutes. bake 15 minutes at 425º
