Ingredients
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 1/4 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 tsp ground mustard
- 1 3/4 cups dry bread crumbs, divided
- 3 cans (61/2 oz each) lump crabmeat, drained
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 4 buns
- lettuce
- tomato
- tartar sauce
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients; stir in 3/4 cup bread crumbs. Fold in crab. Shape into 1/2 inch thick patties. Place remaining bread crumbs in a shallow bowl. Coat patties with crumbs.
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add patties; cook 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Drain onto paper towels. Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato, and tartar sauce.
