Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups seasoned panko bread crumbs
  • 1.c cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 (10 o) pkg. fresh tortelloni, cooked
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup marinara pasta sauce, heated

Step 1

Heat oven to 375°. Line baking sheet with parchment. Beat eggs. In another bowl mix panko, Parmesan,and garlic. Working in batches, coat tortelloni in flour, dip in eggs, then coat in panko mixtrue. Transfer to baking sheet and coat with cooking spray. Cook 25 minutes, until golden, turning once. Serve with sauce.
