- 1 8-oz pkg cream cheese
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1/4 c green onion
- 1 8-oz carton sour cream
- 1 12-oz pkg American cheese grated
- 1 32-oz pkg frozen hash browns (lightly salted and peppered)
- Bread crumbs
- 1/4 c oleo
Place hash browns in 9 x 12 baking dish.
Cut up green onion and add to potatoes.
Mix the other ingredients and pour over the top.
Top with bread crumbs mixed with oleo.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
