Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cups coconut
  • 3 Tablespoons flax seeds
  • 1/4 cups sunflower or pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cups slivered almonds or nuts
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/4 cups canola oil
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups dried fruit

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all but the dried fruit in a bowl. Spread all(except dried fruit) on a pan and stir while baking. Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes. After cooled, add the dried fruit.
