Ingredients

  • Dough:
  • 2 Cups sugar (regular or Splenda)
  • 4 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 Tbsp rum
  • 3 Tbsp corn starch
  • 3 Cup blueberries
  • 3 Cup blackberries
  • 2 Cup raspberries or huckleberries
  • Let soak for 20 - 30 minutes
  • 3 Cups (+ or -) Bisquick
  • 2 1/2 Cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 - 2 Cups water
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Dough - Mix ingredients together until cake mix consistency. Melt one stick butter (or spray with Pam) onto a 12 quart cast iron skillet (or ceramic baking dish). Pour dough into skillet.
Drain berries and add on top of dough mixture.
Cook at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes (test for doneness).
Serve with ice cream.
