Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 2 Cups Flour
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 1 Cup Margarine
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/4 Cup Cocoa
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Margarine
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 3 1/2 Cups Unsifted Powdered Sugar
- 2 Tbs. Cocoa
- 1 tsp. Vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, sift together flour, sugar, and cocoa. Boil water and margarine together, then stir into flour mixture. Put vinegar in cup and fill to 1/2 cup mark with milk, then add to mix. Add remaining ingredients. Put in 11 x 17 1/2 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until done. Cool, then frost.
Frosting: Boil margarine and milk together. Add vanilla, then powdered sugar and cocoa, sifted together. Mix well and spread on cooled brownies.
