Ingredients
- 16 oz packaged coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
- 1 1/2 cup(s) plain fat-free yogurt
- 1/4 cup(s) cilantro, fresh, chopped
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1/8 tsp table salt, or to taste
- 1/8 tsp black pepper, freshly ground, or to taste

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, yogurt, cilantro, curry powder and vinegar; toss to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cover bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve. Yields about 1 cup per serving.
