Ingredients
- Can of salmon
- 1 egg
- chopped onions
- cracker meal
- oil
Preparation
Step 1
Cut slit in top of can of salmon *real salmon is best*. Drain water. Open can. Dump in large dish. Pull apart. Take all bones and skin out. Break large chunks up. Add one egg per can of salmon, chopped onions and mix well. Add cracker meal until salmon sticks together. Pat cakes together - I get 5 cakes per can. Fry in oil.
