Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 8 ounces peach slices, drained
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine butter and sugar. Spread on bottom of 8" square pan. Arrange peaches on top.
2. Beat butter and sugar until fluffly. Add egg and vanilla.
3. Combine dry ingredients. Add to butter/sugar alternating with milk. Pour over peaches.
4. Bake 45 mins at 350, immediately invert onto plate. Serve warm
Notes: Can add pecans in with peaches.
