Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. +2 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. rice flour blend
  • 1 c. of your favorite chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease a 8×8 glass pan(or line with parchment paper)

Pour the butter into the bowl of a stand mixer. Add the sugar and cocoa powder and beat until smooth and almost creamy.

Add the salt, water, and vanilla. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing in between each addition.

Add the rice flour blend and chocolate chips and mix well. The batter will be thick.

Use a sturdy spatula to spread batter in the prepared 8×8 pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Let cool, then cut into 2″ squares. Try really hard to not eat them all yourself.
