Ingredients
- 6 Chicken Thighs
- 1 Bag of Ajiaco Vegetables
- 1 Onion
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 1 Head of Garlic
- 8 Cups of Water
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Put the chicken in a pot with the water, the onion cut in big pieces, the bell pepper cut in big pieces and garlic pealed and lightly mashed and let it boil for about one hour. Remove some of the fat from the top of the pot and the foam if it made any.
Add the vegetables and let them cook until tender. Remove the onion and bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot.
