Ingredients
- 3 1/2 C warm water
- 4 T sugar
- 4 T butter melted
- 4 tsp salt
- 8 C flour
- 4 1/2 tsp yeast
- 1/2 C warm water

Preparation
Step 1
dissolve yeast in 1/2 C water 10 minutes or till all dissolved. mix 4 C flour sugar salt in separate bowl. add 3 1/2 C water and butter. mix. add yeast. mix . gradually add rest of flour and turn out on floured surface. knead 10 minutes. put in greased bowl, cover with towel and let rise 1 hour. punch down, form shapes. rise 10 minutes.
