Ingredients
- 1 C butter
- 2 C brown sugar
- 1/2 C corn syrup
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t soda
- 1 t vanilla
- 8-10 qts popped corn (large roaster full)
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter. Stir in sugar, syrup, and salt. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Boil without stirring 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in soda and vanilla. Gradually pour over corn, mixing well. Put in roaster or shallow pan and bake at 250 degrees 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
