Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 3oz pkg cream cheese
- 1/2 C butter
- 1 C flour
- Filling:
- 1 egg
- 3/4 C brown sugar
- 1 T butter
- 1 t vanilla
- dash salt
- 2/3 C coarsely broken pecans
Preparation
Step 1
1. Pastry: Blend together cream cheese and butter. Stir in flour. Chill and shape into fluted molds or small cupcake tins.
2. Beat together egg, b sugar 1 T butter, vanilla and salt. Divide half the pecans among molds, add egg mixture and top with remaining pecans.
3. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
