Salted Nut Roll

Ingredients

  • 1 white cake mix
  • 1/4 C butter
  • 1 egg
  • 3 C mini marshmallows
  • 2 C rice krispies
  • 1/2 C salted peanuts
  • 12 oz butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 C butter
  • 1/2 C white corn syrup

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine cake mix, butter and egg. Bake in 9x13 pan for 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
2. Put marshmallows on top of hot cake mixture and bake 5 more minutes til melted.
3. Put rice krispies and salted peanuts on top.
4. Melt and pour chips, butter and syrup over top.
5. Refrigerate
