  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 2 tsp ginger (or fresh ginger)
  • 1 cup 0% Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup crushed ice
