Ingredients
- 2 C sugar
- 1/2 C corn syrup
- 1/2 C milk
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/4 C butter
- 1 C cream or condensed milk
- (for chocolate caramels)
- reduce cream to 1/2 C and add 3 squares chocolate. Break chocolate into small pieces and add to other ingredients.
Preparation
Step 1
Cook ingredients except vanilla to stiff ball stage (246 degrees). Remove from heat, add vanilla and pour into buttered pan. Cut into squares when cool. Wrap in saran wrap.
