Tex-Mex Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 cups brown rice (cooked to make 4 cups)
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 cups salsa (No Sugar Added)

Preparation

Step 1

Cook rice in rice cooker.
In a large sauce pan sauté garlic.
Add rice and salsa.
Heat for 15 minutes until heated through.
