Lefse

Ingredients

  • 3 C riced potatoes
  • 2 C flour
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 T sugar
  • 8 T melted shortening or 6 T with 2 T cream

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together and divide into 12 or 13 balls. Cool in refrigerator. Roll into rounds. Keep fried lefse moist between towels (1 wet).
