Ingredients

  • 1

    lb ground beef

  • 1

    egg, beaten

  • 1/3

    cup chopped green pepper

  • 2

    Tbsp butter

  • 2

    Tbsp brown sugar

  • 1

    Tbsp mustard

  • 2

    Tbsp bread crumbs

  • 1/2

    tsp salt

  • 1/3

    cup chopped onion

  • 1

    can tomato soup

  • 4

    tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1

    Tbsp vinegar

Directions

Mix beef, bread crumbs, egg, and salt. Shape into meatballs. Brown in frying pan. Stir remaining ingredients together and mix well. Place meatballs in baking dish and pour sauce over. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Can make ahead of time and refrigerate - just increase baking time. Can also heat in crock pot.
